We build custom specified high performance and race motors for Mopar vehicles, one at a time. These motors are not to be confused with the assembly line "off the shelf" crate motors, most often assembled in Mexico. These are precision machined custom specified engines of the highest tolerances, assembled one at a time to exact engineered specifications. The experience and dedication of the machinist and engine builder who build these engines would be the envy of most all NHRA and NASCAR teams.

Diamondback Engines only builds Mopar engines, but we can build engines from all of the V-8 engine families. First, Second or Third generations Hemi; Low Deck or Raised Block Wedge Big Blocks; LA or Magnum Small Blocks; Poly — or even a Race Prepped Slant Six. Diamondback can build the best.

The process begins by us getting a general idea of your needs, with having the prospective customer filling out the Engine Quote Form. Based the customer's answers to those questions, we will most likely need to call to ask a few more final detailed questions. From there we will prepare a quote for the exact formula of an engine we would suggest to meets your specified needs.

Because these precision engines are hand built (requiring many trial fittings, measurements, and adjustments to meet our exacting standards), we will not be rushed on an engine build. Based on the demand at a particular time of year, it can take six to ten weeks from when an engine is ordered — until it is shipped. Please plan accordingly if you are looking for an engine of such high standards for your vehicle.
