Engine Parts / Rotating Assemblies

Diamondback Engines feels that the best built engines are those both built with "Top Shelf" brand name parts, and that parts are chosen by how well they've been proven to work together. There are those selling cheaply engine part kits with cheaply made "Catch of the Day" components; and there are individuals who collect Top Shelf parts over a long period of time — based on being on sale on eBay, rather than looking at the big picture of how well the whole system of parts work together.

Diamondback Engines will only use "Top Shelf" brand name parts from manufacturers like Probe, Ross, Weisco, JE Pistons, Callies, Eagle, Scat, Clevite, Milodon, Moroso, FelPro, Edelbrock, Indy Cylinder Head, Bullet, Crane, Competition, Jessel, TD, Hughes, and from other well known, well proven, and long established performance parts manufacturers. The old adage "Quality doesn't cost — it pays" is especially true with high performance engines. A couple of bucks saved is nothing compared to the labor involved to R&R an engine from a car, and rebuild it because of a cheap no-name part quickly failed.

We can assemble a well engineered kit of every single part required to build the engine of your needs — or just provide you with a single engine part you require. Use the Quote Form below to detail your needs — and we'll quote you the parts we feel best work together to meet those needs.

One common mistake made, is ordering the rotating assembly with the assumption of the condition of a block or crankshaft — only to find that the assumption was incorrect. If you intend to use a used block, we would suggest taking it to your local engine machine shop to have its condition checked prior to ordering your pistons, rings, and bearings.
