Most engine builders have a team of receptionists, salesmen, and tech support people as a buffer between the customer and the actual engine builder — and we feel too much gets “lost in the sauce” with this buffer. We believe our customers should have direct access to the people actually building their motor.

However, when we’re in the middle of machining a block or assembling a motor — it won’t be a good time to drop everything to answer the phone. The best way to get a quick and useful response really depends on the situation, but it is usually going to be by email.
