How To Contact Diamondback EnginesWe feel that the best way to communicate is for it to be done directly between the owners and customers. Most engine builders have a team of receptionists, salesmen, and tech support people as a buffer between the customer and the actual engine builder — and we feel too much gets “lost in the sauce” with this buffer. We believe our customers should have direct access to the people actually building their motor. However, when we’re in the middle of machining a block or assembling a motor — it won’t be a good time to drop everything to answer the phone. The best way to get a quick and useful response really depends on the situation, but it is usually going to be by email. Unlike most companies that get to their email when they get to it — email is a priority with us. Email offers both the customer and Diamondback Engines a record of the conversation, which in the future will better jog the memory than a phone conversation. We file and save email from our customers, and the ability to refer to it helps when you speak with as many people as we do. Rest assure, that we check our email many times a day, and at a better time for us to give a thoughtful response. Please email us you question using the below form, when at all possible with a detailed message, and we promise to quickly respond. Below is the contact information of the three owners and their areas of responsibility. For Sales Call Slim 281-734-3637 For Technical Questions Call Damon 832-520-0632 For the Machine Shop Call Cruz 713-854-2851 Mailing/Shipping Address: 8635 Williams School Rd, Needville, Tx 77461 Please do not ship any returns or warranty prior to obtaining a RMO# first. We receive a lot of emails and calls from people simply looking for Free Technical Advice and we are more than happy to help. However, you have to appreciate that if we spent all day giving free advice — we’d not only never get any engines built, but our families would starve. As such, we have set up a technical forum that we will not only answer your questions, but you may immediately find the answer to your question already there. The forums are a very effective device for problem solving — and we strongly urge you to use it. Another good place that you may wish to go to for quick help on a Mopar Topic going beyond engines, is going to the MoparStyle Forums. |
